I have a partner, he has a daughter. No, she is not mine, she isn’t anyone’s really… she is her own sparkly, little human and she keeps us young at heart. Hayden is my very own perfect equal, he understands my weird sense of humour and doesn’t cringe at my terrible kitchen dance moves.
We also have a dog. He thinks he is a human.
I surf. The Ocean is my therapy.

We love to travel. I like being lost, and believe “no plan is a good plan” (not the case for your wedding of course!).
I work as a nutritionist with a focus on mental health. I am passionate about food and health, but have been known to enjoy a cheeky gin and tonic or two! So, let’s meet up and have a gin, and share some love stories!
